2. What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We can’t accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.
- With all original tags attached. Please keep the tags on!
- In their original packaging (if applicable). This helps us process your return efficiently.
We want to make this as easy as possible, but we appreciate your understanding regarding these conditions. Think of it as returning an item to a regular store – it needs to be in saleable condition.
3. Return Process
Returning an item is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Initiate Your Return: Go to our website and follow the instructions. You’ll need your order number and email address.
- Print Your FREE Return Label: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack Your Item Securely: Place the item back in its original packaging (if possible) and secure it well.
- Attach the Return Label: Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
4. Refund Methods and Timeframes
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Timeframe: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer easy exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
How to Exchange:

- When prompted in the Returns Center, select “Exchange” and specify the desired size or color.
- We’ll ship out the new item as soon as we receive your return.
6. Return Shipping
We provide FREE return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label that you can easily print and attach to your package.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We’ll either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and to protect our customers, certain items are non-returnable:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (if the hygiene liner is removed)

For international orders, please contact us at support@clicklyn.com to discuss return options. Return shipping costs for international orders may be the responsibility of the customer. We’ll do our best to find the most cost-effective solution for you.
Note: Duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
